Shopping at PENCITY does not automatically grant shares, ownership, investment units or guaranteed returns.

Having a PENCITY shopping account does not make you a programme or investment participant. Participation requires separate, consent-based registration through the designated membership process (SAMBO).

Any allocations to Consumption Linked Investment Funds, including property funds, are made only where profits are realised and distributable, under the applicable SWYO agreements and investment mandates.
